I learnt how to work in government departments, since this is a state government project. Company is good but no carrier growth, as here is no policy of promotion in position you work. But in total i believe in Work is Worship.

Dislikes

Top sitting people do not value an individuals unique strength, no appreciation to the dedicated work, no hike in salary which is a pain sometime i feel to quit, even after involving yourself in every aspect of work related to this project.

Having rendered my services in leading public as well as private sector companies such as NPCIL, AFCONS, L&T, and the likes, any employee expects decent company culture to be in existence in the company in which he/she is looking forward to work for. Company culture means maintaining the proper office decorum during working hours, immaterial of how they behave during non office-working hours. But, the same is completely not in existence, in the company under discussion, since beginning. The meaning of the word "Office-Culture" is simply thrown to garbage.

Complete absence of "Office-Decorum".
