No, proper planning for project mostly in residential project, team not supported at time of more escalation. No salary increment in 2...3 years of work, only do hard work with no benefits.

It is a good company with good opportunities. If you're willing to work hard then its a good company to work in.

The work culture is terrible. Only if youre compatible to giving your all then its a good thing to go as opportunities are strictly given on terms on performance

1) Growth- Poor , 1 year probation period & no PF in probation, so dont expect Increment after probation also. 2) Salary- Salary is decent, too much negotiates & not give a better hike. Only positive side is salary is on time every month 7th. 3) Management- Poor, In HO no body support site team. 4) Learning- Learning is good 5) Work life balance- Don't expect. They will give you any work any time, no time limit for work call. Sunday also. 6) For hvac they are good but MEP is very poor. Not any setup, recently started, not support from management. 7) If you want to switch the company they never support and you need to beg them for final statement & relieving, experience certificates. More than 2 month follow up atleast for final settlement. 8) No health insurance provide only mention in ctc.
