1. No in house projects, everything depends on clients 2. Manager hardly bothers about you until unless you are in bench 3. You are just a puppet to fetch money from clients

HP teams.. they are jaldras to managers It really depends on manager, some managers are worst No cab for general shift Food court is worst Work from home is less No time flexibility

In any IT organization its purely depends on your client like in HTC global services... I worked for some of the clients where I got an opportunity to work like a pro from end to end.

On other benefits a part from compensation... Could have firm innovations or team awards like but there were no. Yearly team outings.

I don't think I like anything from this company

...e asks for productivity of the day cause of that we need to work at late nights. He wants people to work on weekends and in holidays as if we are going to get the salary of a CEO and he won't give the allowances. We can't even come out to drink water he will immediately assume that we are wasting time such a worse culture he is maintaining in the organization. I never seen such an immature person in this height. Anyway I am leaving this company hence I don't have to worry. I am writing this review to warn the ones whoever is looking to join this organization in Chennai Tambaram Mepz.
