...still only manual only they are using in the team.There will not have any perks. The salary is also too less compare to market standard.For the experience guys more than 8years HTC will be okay.starting as a fresher don't join.

Htc don’t has physical location it is consulting company once you are out of the project it means thats your last day in htc. No bench system. They will not keep you single day more if they come to know that ur leaving the company. Though they say 3 months notice period they will release you early to save the cost. HTC is good but not secure.

Salary is on time, that's the only good thing working in here.

Micromanagement. Outdated Boomer Manager (Siddique) Company Culture is bad. Don't expect Infrastructure. Promotions is only for Chig Chaks.

No hike no promotions during my tenure.. got laid off once the project was over.. no compensation was also given.. there will be no persons in the company if you are having an issue when you go in as a contractor

...e asks for productivity of the day cause of that we need to work at late nights. He wants people to work on weekends and in holidays as if we are going to get the salary of a CEO and he won't give the allowances. We can't even come out to drink water he will immediately assume that we are wasting time such a worse culture he is maintaining in the organization. I never seen such an immature person in this height. Anyway I am leaving this company hence I don't have to worry. I am writing this review to warn the ones whoever is looking to join this organization in Chennai Tambaram Mepz.
