What I can say is there is none. Don't JOIN ASSET AND VALUATION-ASIA - HONG KING TEAM. KOLKATA SLATLATE SECTOR V. Better join Apex fund. People are leaving an adamant outdated firm for a new generation firm Apex.

... in this organization. If anyone is ready to work in 3-person work by getting 0.75 % of 1 person salary you can join. I know the pain of b being unemployed believe me you will get more which you can't survive.

Team members and ur colleagues is the bestest part i have seen here they will support u in evry way unlike the management ,work life balance,they count the overtimes and also pay thm.

Dislikes

Leave policy (no leaves u will get ur leaves will lapse & no public holidays or client holidays), training not good sometime overtrain employees beyond capacity, no fixed team- u will be made to work in multiple teams.management really has to improve,Daily kpi pressure - its like giving exam complete within specific time or u will get big scolding. On a serious note join only if u are superfast in executing the work(which is very tuff)otherwise dont otherwise u will be sent error mails which will impact your performance. Very stressful and very difficult to survive here.

If you go to right team then plenty of opportunity to do experiments and high end work. And easy team switches

Promotion and salary growth is too slow. No meritocratic rank ordering. No fairness in pay distribution across band. You might be killing youself at the job and you also might be at low pay but you would never be corrected or even fairly compensated

Salary hike is not based on your year long hardwork but rather on your salary band in comparison to company' average. That means what ever hard work you do it doesn't matter or not cared rather as you are in a higher salary band

I am impressed with my workplace which is mostly work from home. The atmosphere here is incredible supportive, fostering both personal and professional growth. The team is also like a family and make each day enjoyable.

Dislikes

In the like comment, I have mentioned that its Hybrid or majority work from home, the salary structure is kind of average. In the beginning we used to claim our internet bills. However, they removed the internet bill reimbursement policy recently. Hope we wish to get it back so that I could give 5 star for salary and benefits next time. Some people would laugh at this dislike but many would know.
