The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that works on financial crime compliance and has a global client database and which makes our job more interesting and at the same time more responsible. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow..

...licies in place in theory. In practice it all depends on your team and managers. In my experience I haven’t seen many positives apart from pay , but if your team is okay, it might work out very well

Again it’s all contingent on the team. The company has excellent policies in place and if allowed to work will create a great work environment

Compensation is not competitive at all compared to its market competitors.. Promotions and hikes are poor and managers play favourites..

Annual hike is not even cover the inflation rate. It is more like your salary will reduce value due to inflation rate and hike will be so less. Bonus amount is very less. Even if you get promotion in my department they are giving only 5%🤣 although it is not same for all the department there are departments where people are getting 15-20% hike😊
