Salary hike is not based on your year long hardwork but rather on your salary band in comparison to company' average. That means what ever hard work you do it doesn't matter or not cared rather as you are in a higher salary band

The job security is very good in HSBC. You are not easily fired out of the company even if you are a low performer consistently from years.

The salaries and pay package is not as per market standards and more over the growth in the company is like a turtle. The hard work what we do goes in vain and smart workers will climb up the ladder

Job security and good place for female employees who need job to support their husband A lot of things you can learn through various internal E learning platform. Can have good exposure of other departments ( Automatic/Testing dept) if you work on anykind of process development projects

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes and promotions and some old thinking persons . Few middle management persons are not upto their roles and expect to lower management team members to be on their roles

I just liked the salary which comes with less deduction

Back to back calls for cx service , no avail ,lot of stress with work ,company doesn't hire more candidates ,everyday when i used to login more than 800 calls will be in queue everyday

Have been working for HSBC for a decade and a half. That speaks for HSBC. Thanks for companies like HSBC which provides a platform to nourish ones skills and develop professionally and personally
