Hike and bonus in 2015 to 2017 hike cycle which had a percentage of 35 to 40 percentage of hike.

Dislikes

Team leader must promote senior to next level based on skills. Not to put into other work which doesn't have any growth in that process.

Work environment is best here by providing good lighting around, Good seating arrangements, good Remote IT technical Support ,Another merit is my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds.

Compensation is average, growth is slow. Most of the time Managers are concern only about the volumes not for the persons who work under the queue,

All over it's a good place to work. Work life balance depends on department and jobs role as it varies. Be in good team can be really helpful here. Work culture is good, mostly for female employees.

Pay management is not that good as mostly underpaid. Not satisfied with package.
