Good behavior of Seniora and executives,no any type of pressures no work load,and time to time salary credited in my account.

They are not increasing incentive amount, that's always same,45rs,it's not enough for us,and they are not giving traveling expense, that's the biggest reason for dislike

The salary they paid is good but the salary is hike is very low every year, there are few processes where the work pressure is more. I use to get apprecaition from my managers but we do not have any promotions.
