My exp. with hranker is nightmare. The work culture is toxic No policy , No HR , they make you do the work , and on the salary day , give reasons. Working hours not define. Worst company to work.

I would like to share my experience working at Hranker, which i found to be quite challenging. The work culture here is unfortunately very poor , characterized by high level of toxicity. Salaries are frequently delayed , and hold due to irrelevant reason, leading to financial stress for employees. Moreover , I experienced mental harassment which contribute to a negative work environment . These are the reasons no one employee want to stay in this organization . I strongly advise anyone considering a position at Hranker to carefully considered there issue before applying. Prioritizing your well-being is crucial in any job.

Company values integrity over anything. Work culture is great. Team is extremely helpful. The best part is if you have passion to grow, there would be bundles of opportunities open.

Initially i used to like working with the team while after some time i realised the founder is a self centred fu*k who always pretendz to care about the employees bit he wil he the first one to backstab you of have some problems.

Dislikes

Everything, ot os dictator run company. They say its 5 days working and then they suddenly change it to six days. Also after some time they demand that you do work from home on sundays as well.

The work culture is something I love about the company. Team leads are extremely helpful. We are appreciated for the good work that keeps me motivated and eager to learn.

Initially the Saturdays were working, but now that problem has been solved.
