I was hired on 13th jan 2025, but unfortunately my experience with training provided by kiran firke (who claims to be a assistant manager) was far from positive. Kiran who seems to be a key player in the internal politics of this organization was in a charge of my training. The training it self was incomplete. And despite that there was an expectation to complete 15 students admission during the training period. During the training even I was managed to complete 4 admissions , kiran firke sabotage the things by cancelling 2 of them for no valid reason, after a month , I was subjected demovtiating self doubt session by led kiran firke where I was essentially made to feel inadequate Instead of offering constructive feedback, the organization kept pushing for more training and told me to wait another month for feedback . This shows lack of understanding of the patience and time required in sales. With over 18 years of experience in the industry. Its disheartening to see that management lacks basic Understanding of how to properly nurture and guide employee wheather they are experience or fresher. Kiran firke should reconsider their approach before continuing to ruin employee career Karma has a way of balancing things out.

I am not easily impressed, reserved with my praise, and do not usually complete surveys. our instructor was excellent, the best I've experienced on a HR Domain ,environment was Positive. They did a fabulous job placing everything and addressing student questions. I am very impressed. And definitely working Culture & Technical they are strong in Market and wondered how effective it would be. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided a Good Industry of information about the current Market trends, especially since the last working ...thank you vidhi mam & Sonika mam For you help and support

The session was very interesting, and we learned a lot, such as how a principal company sets strategies to launch their products in the market. We also did role plays as a principal company, distributor, and channel partners, which gave us a great deal of confidence and provided experience on how to work in the real market. We learned how the principal company approaches national distributors and how distributors approach channel partners. Furthermore, we learned how channel partners work to supply products to retailers.
