Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

everything. they are cheaters. didn't pay the dues. working till 9.30 pm or 11 is normal here. very shallow-minded management with a god complex. You will get to see how do a psycho patient with a superiority complex looks and behaves when you observe management. It's a good case study. you will get a very negative vibe from them. They only don't know what they are doing. No future for this business and the people associated with it.

Do not join this company even if they are giving you best salary. No work life balance. Public Holidays are only on papers. Held you responsible for their own mistakes. They didn't even pay my F&F. HR gives fakes promises No one is trustworthy. Too much politics and new people suffer a lot because of this. They will ask you to come to office even if public transport are not working and will also ask you to login in such situation where you are struggling to reach office.

Office looks good Salary on time

Dislikes

Director is too rude and keep insulting everyone in front of everyone. 10-15 people left after 1month of taking salary. Everyone who left from office is because of for rude behavior of director.
