....too much politics and no fair selection process when Comes to ijp or promotion. No proper salary hike or bonus given. For name sake the company has open door policy for employees but no justice provided when escalated any issue. Neither the hr nor the manager are aware of their work or lack required knowledge. Not at all employee friendly which they portray in their vision and company culture.No career growth or opportunity to apply for better roles. In total would not recommend anyone to join this company

It's 1 of the company where job is secure along with great work culture get to learn a lot and in terms of compensation we will be receiving 122300 each for wellness which is amazing and not just that company provides goodies and activities to engage us to uplift mood and work.

Dislikes

There should be more promotions given and equal opportunity to all the level roles to apply if applicable they should be selected.

HPE offers great work life balance and lot of flexibility. And it gives equal opportunity to everyone to grow.

Dislikes

I used to work with the global teams so it means no fixed timings, and lot of meetings. I will be online on all weekdays starting from 12.30 pm to 12.30 am. And some times I log in even at 9 am for meetings

HP Is very good environment to work , Management friendly and i have got strong experience good skills in HPE.

I have taken new transition and got many appreciations also, but promotion got delayed and not recognized well.

Politics politics politics I don’t know about others but if your straight forward then avoid this company ... there r better options that actually progress your career forward than HPE

Management is not interested in the employees welfare and engage in political games ... HP has far gone beyond its best days
