If you like to watch webseries like Mirzapur ,Go and work there, In my first day, I realised that I had done a very big mistake by leaving my last job no specified name of the parent company also make me feel strange and now searching for new job

...ment No ethics No Rules and Regulations Fearful atmosphere Hectic timing I don't know more about is there any salary related issue as I work for 7 days only but talk with some employees and indications are not positive Monday to Sunday, Friday off

...for consequiences also if you're not foot licking person then you can't survive. Salary is also not on time.

1. You can drink free coffee. 2. Periods leave for girls.

1. Hectic work hour they can work you 12 hrs in a day. 2. If have to call 300 person per day and your talktime would be more than 3 hrs. If you failed to reach the criteria then will punish you. You have to do calling by standing the whole day. 3. They will give you illogical target. And force you to do that if you can't then they will slang you. 4. The do not have any professionalism. The Be10x workshop timing can change any time. And then you have to convence customer for adjustment. 5. If you join this company then forget about work life balance. Even forget about that you have a home because you have to out from the office at after 10:30 PM. And they don't bother how you will reach home....

For last 1.5 years I working with this company. I promoted as a AM(Associate manager). And every company are going with good and bad reviews. But as per my opinion working culture is similar as byjus.(Bad for losers Good for winners) If you handle the hard-core sales pressure then welcome to House of edtech.
