Bad work experience and culture also. Team leaders sarita, vikas, and fizan are not supportive and the management is very poor. hr and allover seniors staff bad guys.

There is a lot of politics and tge management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company fire you any time without any reason.

Nothing to be liked. Do not even give bonus on Diwali.

Don't have KRA for any other department. Centre Manager is held responsible for any thing and everything. Do not trust employees. Harassing culture

Work environment is ok & only teammates are supportive, management hide most of the things , Nothing for employees(no cafeteria, no freshments, appraisal forget (they have lot of excuses) very rare /less hike and bonus behalf of personal EL .

There is a lot of issues which management doesn't address, no career growth, no salary hike , no bonus, no refreshments (either you have to arrange self) ,no increment, management have lot of excuses whatever u have done..

Senior staff members were verbally abusive and harassing female employees. Female employees were not provided with convenient working locations.Female employees faced harassment if they disagreed with or resisted inappropriate behavior.
