Though the hotel is individual 5 star hotel but the culture is so good as compare to any group hotel... people are excellent their and specially the owner and his girl who r also the part of the management...

Dislikes

Pathetic management. Worst pay scale . No of no bonus. Always ready to deduct employees salary for small issues. No job security. Management not interested in the well being of its staff. Always hiring new staff to replace skilled labour just to reduce cost.

I don't want to like to work in this hotel because in this situation period this hotel not saport, till locked down they not given any salary,how we will work in this hotel .

nothing, managers are required to deposit their phone while working, food is fixed even for managers you are only allowed to have staff food, no induction no motivation, 1 hr for your salary and to note staff salary deduction point, hotel has bunya management. Pathetic
