New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing to like about this hotel because it's does not gives the salary on time. You get salary after 2 months for the 1st month.

Everything. Working hours are more than 12 hours and salary given is for less than 8 hours of work and that also after 2 months.

I don't want to be the thanks less one but trust me guys no one would like to Work with the company which pays after couple of months or it may take even more longer sometimes. Apart from this you will find very few supportive people in this company. There is no job security, people care least about your personal life. And you learn nothing from them.

...them but with Sahara I simply have to be honest. It's not a colony to work with. You will never get your salary on time. You will not get offs on time, you will be used by people here.

I love working in kitchen. Mostly culinary tram are very friendly. How they are supporting us is that we are still in company because most hotels are cutting their staff number so i am gald that i am still in it.
