Very bad experience in my life

...evolver on my head and made me sign many papers and took a blank cheque from me. They don’t even give the staff food properly also staff salary is not paid properly. All staff also managers are uneducated don’t know English. Before hotel termination me as per my health condition purpose, HR To all staffs receiving everything from me send me a mail your handover completed after terminate the company did not give me salary but later mail said we didn’t get handover and we didn’t give mail and false allegation are being made against me without proof But I have many proof I was handover everything all staffs. All time police visit hotel as per ladies purpose (oyo type hotel). Md afaq took 23k his clinic from me for my flight ticket i have proof with signature but did not return that money. Note :- all staff work 12 hour to 14 hour not have any of esi also weekly leave 3 days

Worst Service. I used to work here. My salary has not been paid in one month. If I talked about going home, I would have been beaten up by the police. He used to keep the room closed by force. Somehow I escaped from there. They told me that we have bought the police. This hotel has not cleared tax (GST) for last one year. Only we, who have worked there, know how the hotel is run with money and bribes. If anyone gets a job from this hotel, no one should go to this hotel, they are not human beings, they are lower than animals. After calling well, you will not understand how it blackmails and forcibly hangs up unless you go there. How many guests are forced to collect extra money and make them sit down by intimidation. Everyone stay away from this hotel if you want to live life. All the staff from the owner of this hotel are uneducated person. I have all the proof regarding this hotel. I will present them to the court as necessary. They used to threaten me that they would hang me with the police if I went to protest. The hotel owner pointed a gun at General Manager Sir head and signed him the blank paper. In order not to leave the house, ATM, bank checks, money are forcibly kept from our pockets. If you talk about going home, I will scare the police and put you in jail with a false case. All the time I was in that hotel, I was in a very sick state and I was in panic. Somehow I managed to get out of the hotel with all the understanding. Our salary was supposed to be cleared on the 10th, but the salary was not cleared even today.

The Management is ready to give hands anytime. They will support you till the core. Work is bit difficult bcoz of the spread out area. But they will take care of the staffs. They provide rain coats, umbrella, Gumboots for the staffs who work on the premises.

Working for a long time
