What I liked about Kohinoon Continental is the salary part , on every month 7th whatever it takes salary would be in your bank account. Rest still in hunt what I like about this property!!!!

Kohinoor all about working 12 to 14 hours in F&B service, leaving your family life aside .Working like donkeys, it's all about HOD's .HOD'S make their own norms, their own SOP'S . This is no such thing call SOP, Its only the HOD'S liking .

Afom has good knowledge u can learn from him but if you make mistake he will not listern...not happy with this..he thinks he handles shift alone so every one has to do alone which is not good..no proper staff...he will force you to work extra hours without any benifit..

Allways feel like to much pressure of nothing that is the pressure. People are only talking an do nothing. Show of people more than acutal work. Few of them are working in this manner. May be changing the management might improve the standard of working style at Kohinoor Continental. Not complaining but requesting the owner please look in to the issue for better future.

One of the best thing is that, salaries are on time and 100% job security.

Dislikes

No proper process as compared to other renowned organisation. It still operates like 90's organisation. 12 hrs minimum working. Union people will not listen to General Manager as well but General Manager will pressurise you to control them. And he will not say anything to union people, to be in good books of union. Too much politics.
