They forcefully resign to me without proper compensation just rules are very bad atleast all supervisor staff are not same for the management.I think you understand what is today culture just like all time do Happy the management the more you gain success in your Clarks shiraz carrier enhanced.

Talking abouty working experience. I think that dealing with customer was the most important part of my work.i worked for a 8month in hotel Clarks shiraz agra.That helped me to get confidence in talking to the public.i have learned how to solve the problem of our guest.

There is lot of politics.as well as salary was decent but career growth is slow.

Hotel clarks shiraz is a very good hotel, near to take mahal & red fort. All staff like family members, gust like a friend. I never seen this company before my career. It was good experience, I love my respected snr vp Mr Bhowmic and my f&b manager Mr jitin sahgal.

Company was good, but it's far away from my home, I need to go abroad that's why I'll region here. Thanx

Enormous scope of learning, well motivated by the management. Working atmosphere and job security is always there

Training and certification for the same has to be implemented for all new staff on board. Hod's also should be equally recognised time to time as per their performance which is missing totally.

Front office seniors team like Bhupemdra Singh and Sanjay sharma, kakkar in finance, Rahul Gupta in IT these guy are rude and unnecessary bothering to junior staff.
