There is Absolutely NOTHING to like in this hotel. Firstly, the owner is both psychopath & a sociopath. Absolutely no manners on how to deal with either juinior or senior staff. Does not even offer chair to anyone who comes to meet him. Has developed a network of informers who feed him negative stories about the hard working staff. Is always watching staff on cctv, be it his office or home. He will make you work in season time and ask you to go when its lean season, because he does not want to pay salary. Has also hired a stupid HR girl, who does  not even understand that her job is to take care of the staff, to listen to their issues & highlight it to senior management. She talks rudely to staff & won't forward their leaves. Moreover all leaves are approved by the owner. Normal staff is hard working & good, but the attrition rate is too high. The owner has hired a new Operations Mgr - Lovlesh Saha recently, who again is stupid & does not care about staff. Needless to say, do not even bother to apply to this hotel.

First they hire you salary and every thing will be settled after when you asking for the letter or joining letter or experience letter they can't give you any thing even they can't give you the training letter on time. If there is no work in the hotel at that time they give you if there is work in the hotel It doesn't matter your training will extended 2 months or 3 months they give you 6 months training letter they treat staff like slave

polotics, dadagiri, abusing people in bad langauge, no finanacila proper plannin , owner think that only they are right and other all are fool and they treat staff like gulams.

The most important and the best part of tht organisation is the work environment although it s a bit difficult but again that support system connected to that organisation will make you feel better nd feel like to stay confident for the work in the way tht one s performing

This is a very good organisation where i had such a good experience . I like my work also there , feel like to be associated with that organisation again in future if got an opportunity. It was definitely not impossible although a bit difficult to make myself adapt but here i get to know my persistence nd have this tendency to believe in two things which are- 1. Never give up 2. Believe in God Opportunities are there many to make urself be blessed with those equipments nd skiils to work with For that one should follow such above mentioned two qualities It is very easy to manage both the environment personal and professional but again the above mentioned qualities should be required here again Surly anyone would love to be associated with this kind of work f tht two qualities r there Company environment is good nd very friendly but again two qualities should be there I would suggest that one should not avoid such amazing organisation Forget about everything but one is focused on himself/herself then surely god himself/herself would bless him/her Regards Saakshi
