There is no opportunity for creativity... As a manager you are not empowered for anything... Owner even decides day off for Associates..Owner has no Operational knowledge, but interference is too much..

Dislikes

...is nice. People are get threats from owner from each and every small mistakes... No one can put resignation; salary, and clearance will not be given. No appriciation, no rewards, no recognition. Only punishment.
