1. Work is done 14 hours per day 2. According to the company, there are eight holidays but they are not provided. 3. The manager is not able to talk properly with the employees. 4. Many employees leaved from housekeeping department because here is not linen , He always complains about the linen. 5. More pressure is given mentally and physically.

Big brand under the name of Hyatt. Compensation and benefits are extremely good no second thought about it.

Dislikes

No value or amount of work is appreciated, ain't no one bothers about your well being, company values are good on papers ,but in real term simply pathetic. Buttering over here is the sure shot to get the positions. Just for once disagree with your manager about policy and then see yourself to be a prime target.

The people at andaz are really kind and hardworking. All the associates and leam leaders in f and b are really really supportive and would teach us and make us learn in the best way possible. Five stars to f and b department. Thank you for making us a part of your team.

It is an absolute pleasure to work with Andaz and its interesting culture as it is a luxurious property gives you freedom of use skills and ideas . Management is supportive and motivated.

There is politics and the management doesnt adress out issue sometimes.

You are promoted on basis of religion and our FNB manager who is Muslim is also hiring nd promoting those who even know abc about hotel and even don't know how to speak with guest still he gives promotion to his favorites one the Muslims ones only.
