The company works and operates like a family. Since the company has operations across India, I get to travel to Delhi, Bangalore, Goa, Guwahati, Dehradun, etc. on a very regular basis. If you work hard and smart, you grow well as the management does value & promote such team members.

Dislikes

Work life balance can be a little difficult as the job is demanding. Hospitality projects are very demanding where customers expect jobs to be carried out at non operating hours for restaurants and hotels which is invariably at night.

I don't like anything about hapl. the working environment is terrible.people playing blame game despite work.account team is in a dominance nature.one of them is very worst.
