Dislikes

Except few, low and mid level employees do not receive PF benefits. Timing for low- and middle-level workers who work overtime is critical The company is mostly focused on claint requirements rather than on the needs of low and middle level employees. Between management and high level employees and low and medium level employees, there is a lot of high politics. Sometimes, high-level employees' and management's commitment to low- and middle-level workers fails to be motivated by benefits.

I like about working at hoshitech India as like work culture and any new project Handel with quality and on time.

Dislikes

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Like, I have many good ideas and tried to move then forward, trying to help company but from my position I am not allowed any suggest improvement. I am suported to the follow orders of my superior, and that's it.
