Sometimes, high-level employees' and management's commitment to low- and middle-level workers fails to be motivated by benefits.

Dislikes

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Like, I have many good ideas and tried to move then forward, trying to help company but from my position I am not allowed any suggest improvement. I am suported to the follow orders of my superior, and that's it.
