...ou will be permanent to vodafone after 6 months in which they've failed. Its ok. but after 8 months I got email from vodafone that my last working day is 21st April 2023 (Which I should get from the Payroll company that is Horizontal). Horizontal said that consider the notice from the client only and they have paid for working 21 days not for the notice period. They have wasted my 8 months and did not pay equal even.

This is one of the best service based startup tech company. They hold big MNC. Their salary structure are good. They heard about their employees feedback. Thanks Horizontal 😀

Learn to do what u say while hiring. When a company says they keep every employee in a same manner and gives equal opportunity , and when u don't actually implement it , is where u start losing ur people
