Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

Offshore employees: There is no perfect sign on , sign off shedule... people should cry for sign off.... Thanks plans always change in the last minute... The crew management department should be proficianal.. As mentioned in the contract 2 months, one off should be exactly done without pleasing every time.
