No Salary benchmarking, no professional development, no career path, crazy mirco management, Head of Departments are not clear on what needs to be achieved, increments are completely a favoritism affair, no growth scope, politics and favoritism is quite prominent. Not at all a career building workplace. Few Head of Departments must change their autocrat work style.

Hopscotch is Fake and irresponsible app😡...i was regular customer of hopscotch...but hopscotch did deactivate my account...I'm unable to login... I complaint to customer care since last 3 days but no any reply from hopscotch and not solve my problem.

would not recommend this company to anyone no job security , pathetic work culture unplanned lay offs first they give hike in salary and later remove the staff how has nice salary package
