The only benefit the employees get is the water cooler in the cafeteria.

Dislikes

...growth opportunity, promotion, and no raise. No Investment in employee training. Poor work-life balance with expectations to work beyond regular hours without compensation. Worst level of internal politics by oldies and mismanagement disrupt productivity and create a ultra toxic work environment. Lastly, they lack funds and can fire you anytime and hold FNF for years. Exit for employee is not easy here. Please dont destroy your career, First go for the review with ex employees before joining. Best Advice: please don’t join even if you are struggling, wait for another opportunity.

Nothing at all. Worst company. Do not join.

Dislikes

Everything here. Be it senior management or the work-culture. They fired people left and right when they had funding issues without even addressing the notice period or compensation. The work pressure is too much, you have to work for 12-15 hours daily even on weekends.

People are generally nice but since there is so much dirty politics that goes on here that you cant trust anyone.

Dislikes

Most toxic company, can deduct salary or fire you at any time if they need finances, no logic to anything they do, no employee benefits. Stay away at all costs.

Company treat you well till the time you are performing and giving your blood, the day you demand anything they start feeling bad about you..

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
