I am apart of Data & Analytics team by which there were lot of learning on bigdata technologies. Had the full freedom for telling our ideas and for execution. The work environment was very good and collaborative.

Sometimes,there is work pressure and there are calls at nighy.Other than the salary,no other perks are provided

Likes

Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.

Dislikes

...y of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.

Likes

- Latest Technology stack - Appraisal in timely manner. - No variable pay in CTC.

Dislikes

- Don't expect any Team culture, no one will help works as individual contributor role. - Worst work culture, people are frustrated due to unplanned work executions. - Company is known as Escalation company by senior team members. - Senior Management is very biased and hardly understand anything.

Likes

Honeywell has a very good work culture. All the people are very polite and helpful. U can go and talk to literally anybody. Amazing place for women to work. Also flexible work hours.

Dislikes

The salary and appraisals are very low here. One needs to wait long for promotion even if he is working actively. Salary is quite low if compared with market standard.

1. Long work hrs difficult to balance personal life 2. You should be able to put a bucket for your lead or manager and you have to tell “yes” for their words. 3. No promotion /recognition for good work 4. No Appraisal 5. No direct interaction between employee and manager or engineering manager 6. Biased for community ( faced in Bangalore)
