This is an organization which gives opportunities to all those who are willing to excel in their career. Honeywell Automation India Limited is one of the very few organizations with a great work culture and with utmost job security. I personally had a great time working with Honeywell Automation India Limited for the last 10+ years. Travel frequency, policies are in favor of employees at all times. all the leadership is easily approachable which makes this place as one desirable place to work.

Very few things to pinpoint. Probably compensation structure as compared to rivals in the market is bit lagging. But a great job security overpowers this point to a greater extent. There is still a room for innovation and thinking out of the box culture.
