Honda company is good. working timing is 11 hours but ok . salary lowest .and no increament. New sales manager is bad. That person taking power is bad words in coustomers and employees also.iam working is good but not a responsible in Honda company sales manager. GM is good person

Due to maximum resignation there has been a choas in the industry. And HOD and Leads are always indirectly playing politics and pressurize there junior. Plus the approval process is quite stringent. Good point is questions asked by Japanese heads will help you think more deeply and your why's will become more clear as answers will be find by yourself only there will no help from existing leads. Biggest problem in the industry that has happened is the HR and Admin heads are always making worst rules and not helping out there employees, acting as goons in the company which you can see everywhere. A knowledgeable people will always focus on work and do his responsibilites without interfering in anyone's work.

Dislikes

...is is the situation. Suggestions make the employees happy and don't harass them. Salary is important so make them understand how to save income tax and company should make structure in such a way employees income tax is saved by company itself.

1 Management is forcing people to work overtime frequently 2 No work life balace 3 Longer work hours and unrealistic deadlines will make your health worse here. 4 project management is very poor. 5 no proper reporting manager, as everyone will tell you what to do. You end up doing nothing.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraiaisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinesss.
