I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Our company had a great history but from past 2years we are facing too many problems regarding the salary increment bonus😅 over stay amount etc. Our head office in North india only we unable to explain our problems to out management.

Good for freashure... Not for experienced.

Dislikes

Salary.. Is bad thing there structure is bad... Senior executives getting more salary then deputy manager... Manager and Junior executive salary also same some times. Some time experience person getting less salary compare to new entry person.

...r benefit to my location. i.e. We are working 35 days more than our head office. Company is giving 35 days salary extra after 12 month salary. It means we are getting 13 month salary in a year.
