...ven 7years of my life in this company ...This the worst company I had ever seen. When you leave this company you have to pay ... Notice period is 90 day ...If you not complete your noticed you have to pay...So before Join think twice ....All benefits are taken by top mgm and down to team nothing... Company say this is Honda part but this not right.. Most of People Join this company by its name ...But don't go it's a game that this company playing with the employee

Partiality among associates, casteism, bad politics to anybody, there is one person one man army, at the time of appraisal no promotion to some associates in more than 6 years given only 5% yearly increment continue for last two years, HR role is zero in influence of the person called one man army due to this attrition rate is very high No familiar environment always you will be in a fearful confusion, worst experience as ever as soon as got a new job will leave it immediately without any notice period very puzzled Joined as a junior executive 6 years ago Today after six years yet a junior executive no growth

...irnment is good.team mates are very cooperative..i have learnt alot from there..salary hike is based on performance.

only thing i dislike about this company is that there is some politics prevailing inside managment...otherwise all ok.

Best environment and working like Japanese means follow 5S strictly thats so good, anyone can grow his skills and salary by working in HLI. Foods facility is extraordinary.

Dislikes

I want HLI needs give more facilities to their driver and labor also means accommodation facility.

- bosses - resource wastage ( wastage of new talent in mostly reporting to top management or making presentations) - nothing new to learn
