There is a lot of politics and some time our complaints and issues are doesn't proceed to managment system. Permanent job opportunity chances is very low so we are disappointed to this.

Work culture is good, but yes there are some people who tries to ruin it. Team politics is highly prevalent and you may be cornered if you are smart . Appraisals are ofcourse decided on face value.

Dislikes

Package they offer is somewhat lesser than current industry standard. Career growth is good if you're a performer. Your work may gone in vain until you convert it into presentation as management doesn't know the reality at ground level.

Honda didn't cut a single penny from employees salary as of now unlike other companies firing its employees and cutting down there salaries. This is the biggest gesture of honda towards its employees
