...n home credit company. But must need to required some changes in this company. Like salary growth,Promotion criteria, Company should need to think about these consequences instead of blames to employees work. Overall very nice company and its a great platform to earn incentives. I have learnt about many things from this company which is more important when i work another company. Thats it

...gement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

...nt is good enough.Teammates and reporting superiors are just like family member.You will get salary on time even one day advance.

Work pressure is very high.You have to present in market 12 to 13 hours regular basis which is a pain sometimes.

No doubt this is MNC company but if we talk about its policy salary/appraisal,work environment these are not too good. But it create and provide base which really good and motivate to employees and boost their career growth.

...on is not good because always goes to change that's why employees are not happy. And if we talk about its salary package than it is also constant. That's why there are many employees going to switch.

...n of loosing this job will be always there. Need to work till 12 hours or more.. Basic salary is also very low compare to other same field.
