There is nothing that you will like in this company. No growth in learning, and no growth in salary. Mental torture and stress full life. This is not a MNC but a small size pvt company. Better look for other company, even if you get less salary. I bet you will always regret if you joined this organization.

salary, stress full life, no growth, abusing language, lost of self confidence, no work life balance. Small ofc, no canteen, space crunch. and No future. Company has no vision.

Peace of mind as no one knows to do anything so they are also not gona ask about your task updates

Some departments are technically better.

CEO and senior management just pretend they will make Small Modular Reactor. They say GE will do turbine and HI TACHI will do control systems it's all very vague. Why GE will help Holtec? They will take over Holtec people instead. People like Jyoti Chatarjee thinks that he is second Narayan Murthy. Everything very vague. Company has no future. Entire departments are leaving.

Nothing is good they give temptation by providing good packages but there is really an abusing work culture

There is a dirty internal politics from the leaders of the company.In fact they don't know what to do next, if they didn't understand how to solve the problem then they will just fire to you for ego satisfaction.
