Hospitality is a sector I prefer every youth to join atleast once for an exposure & experience very professional ,time management ,consistency, everything it will teach you. The staffs were really amazing and helpful. Mind blowing location near racecourse. Work environment is full of energy

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike ans bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bome of 2 years before which you cannot resing on the job training is not given to new job

As we are struggling for the full salary as we are getting 50% salaries per month..but its ok to have that since u have your jobs secured.

Nothing as such. Just that this pandemic has affected everyone working in terms of work pressure, job insecurity and pay cuts... That should be looked upon by the company and development and growth of each individual employee with the company should not stop due to this tough time. That will help gain trust of employees on this company.
