Learning from experienced chinese colleagues, and how they work is totally different from Indians. But below are the dislikes you can check and decide.

Zero Job security, It's a chinese run company managed by single Indian Entity i.e. HRBP. Rules and regulations are taken care of by the Chinese Management. Working hours are 10.30 hours including alternate working Saturdays. Leave policy also designed to throw you out of this company, you get 1.8 days leave in a month and 4 national holidays in a year. And if you want to use those left leaves it totally depends upon your chinese boss's mood. Learning opportunity is zero if your boss is inexperienced like mine. Most of the chinese treat their sub-ordinates like servant. Career growth is promised by the management but no guarantee of job, so career growth doesn't matter. Also, management will ask you if you go for tea breaks for more than 10 mins. It's more of a sainik school with no learning.
