Company is fantastic if you are over 45-50 and don't want much stress in your life. The current CIO leads with example & gives opportunities if you perform. Salary & bonus are one of the best.

Dislikes

Except for 2-3 people at senior level, rest of the entire workforce is below average. Most employees are below par in communication & cannot manage Business. Consequently, the center is not able to grow at its full potential. There is a serious need to replace folks with "care a damn" attitude with professional & sharp employees.
