Most of the people are really good. They are helpful and encouraging. The creative team really helps you understand the work. The commercials team is great at letting you learn the processes.

...omly thinking that in one month you can conquer everything, which is impossible. Their is no PF, Gratuity, Insurance, Salary slips, There is a physical attendance process and salary gets delayed every time- in short a pure LALA company run under a LALA Management. Also, cockroaches in the pantry. And rat problem in the office.
