Nothing is there to like.

Dislikes

Basic facilities like parking is not provided here. Area for having lunch is also very limited people have to wait 1-2 hrs for having lunch. No team building activities are done. In team dinner they ask to contribute money. This is terrible place to work. They call you office and ask you to adjust as there are limited sitting area. And no managers and leads are respecting QA person. They are just there for sake of testing. No trainings provided to QA only developer have that luxury. As QA you cannot have growth in this company.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
