Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management was good.company policies are good and bonus every year.

Dislikes

... a lot of politics & the management won't receive our issues in a proper manner. low salary & there is a bond of 3years before going to resign.
