Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I like monthly payment ontime on 1 st of every months.

HR head Forced me to resign even after I had been suffering from leg ancle bone fracture injury due to accident.....( as per doctor prescribed I had rest for a month at home by pre-inform to HR .. ..) while accident happened I had called to HR and told about my situation and took rest for a month....due to could not walk that time ..... After returning from home one month latter HR head Forced me to resign and I had ruining personal loan and emi was pending due to that ..... after he forced I resigned my job from HNI office India Ltd Nagpur MH India..... Then I had called to Mr HR head for getting loan insurance company requires letter from HR but HR head didn't provided me letter for my jobloss to getting me jobless insurance .....and finally didn't approved my jobloss insurance.....so bad happened with me.
