Yes Hng is good company. for Electrical knowledge and Automation system . The salary was medium level. I was in Contract base. The company does not Permanent the ITI employees.So i was leave the company next week and now I am join new company as Trainee Electrician.

Company ka koi owner nahi h nclt m chal rahi h aane se pehle search on google koi increment nahi h management employees se bhout he galat tarike se pesh aati h No work life No future

There is everytime friendly environment with coworkers and also with senior staff. For permanent workers job is secure till the company is stable. there is less amount of increment. Even after 35 yr to give of their life workers are only get 15 to 20 thousands as thr salery. There is no value of any degree or deploma. Worker who have master degree and worker who have not any degree or deploma are getting same amount of salery. There is no learning environment. But any one can not terminate any body.

As I joined here as a fresher,it was great experience to work here.i learnt work practice form here.all team are very supportive and will get training and help whenever they need.overall it was my good experience.

There are some minor things but not that much effective.
