The company was 25 years literally behind in all aspects. Like salary (revision 1997), internal communication systems, management policies, benefits like Overtime wages, perks etc.

The company gives complete freedom to operate and focussed on getting new business.customer oriented company.

Compensation is poor ,salaries are never on time.employee moral is low.Professionalism is totally missing.

One of the worst and third rated companies to join and spoil your own career and the top management is highly corrupt, can't even imagine.... The top management have swallowed the funds from the government and are not giving retirement benefits to the employees... And facing a lot of legal issues in court.. In total its waste of time and energy as a young generation.....

Salary, basic facilities and people in and around are terrible.... The country workers are buckets of the immediate bosses and all the bosses with in the company... They simply through the young generation as a football from one department to other... They can't even maintain the records of the employees properly... They are very lazy in issuing orders of professionary and permanent with respect to their joining date....

Nothing encpuraging to work in the company. Employee relationship with other employees are really bad. No programs to cheer the employees. The inside politocs is also really high. I won't recommend to work there.
