9 hours shift but they are not providing cab but other companies are providing cab and good salary

Management is very poor and I work here more than 1 year but they are not give any promotion or increment and it's not only with me every staff faced this same problem and right now I want to resing but they are not accepted it

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...taffing, Poor Management on staff food, Uneducated Manager and Upper Management. Corporate Politics No appraisal no Bonus no Incentive Working Hour more then 9 hour No Accomodation, No Cab and Bus facility Overall Poor Management in HMS Bengaluru Don't expect anything From Company
