There is policy which is too much deplomatic , cafeteria facility is poor , salary hike is too much poor and bonus is very tricky , founded partiality over difrant department ,And there is no training sessions about technical knowledge like ASME and others technical STD which could be help devloped company employees knowledge ,and end of the day this knowledge will halp to improvise quility of products

No training and development, Low salary growth, high politics, poor management, Dictatorship carried by HR, worst HR, Poor infrastructure, poor people development, Strengths are not valued and have to take back given suggestions. Compensation is poor, and slow growth.

Compensation is decent, growth is very fast. Work pressure is high sometimes, I have work 10 hours a day in case urgency sometime late night. I do reviewer appreciation email and massages from my clients ND my boss also there is no on-call job tryinging forgot prehers
