I learned new things in HKB. Working in HKB is nice experience for me. The team in which I am working is nice and supportive.

Dislikes

Management and HR department is not working properly. The basic requirements are not fulfilled by administration like AC, water and cleanliness.

Likes

The work here is highly competitive making you responsible for a feature. This makes you give in more efforts and learn along with contributing.

Dislikes

The only perk or benefit you'll get for working in this company is salary and there is nothing other then that.

Likes

There is a significant lack of job security, especially for juniors, who often feel insecure because of the seniors. The senior staff lack the necessary knowledge to effectively manage tasks and provide proper guidance. Instead, they learn as they go and then pass that incomplete understanding to the juniors, which creates confusion and further adds to their insecurity about their job roles. This leadership gap leaves juniors uncertain and struggling to feel secure in their positions.

Dislikes

I am completely dissatisfied with the company—there's nothing appealing about the work environment or the people. The management is extremely disorganized and lacks direction, which leads to constant inefficiencies and frustration. There's no proper structure, no clear communication, and the overall atmosphere feels demotivating. It’s hard to find anything positive in such a poorly managed setup.
